Komodo Flores Property is a group made up of four Italian friends, acting in full compliance of our registered Indonesian PT companies. We have a long history of well documented and successful activities in South-East Asia, and in the last few years we have redirected our focus to Bali and Flores. The existing condominium, villas and land properties which fall under our ownership and responsibility are evidence of our architectural, construction and land acquisition expertise. 

Presently we are particularly focused on the strongly government-supported development of the Labuan Bajo area. The local airport is fast becoming the final destination for an exponentially growing number of visitors, who touch down before heading to the Komodo National Park to see its famous Dragons. Here, on the unspoiled and beautiful offshore Island of Seraya Besar, (10 minutes by boat from Labuan Bajo), we own more than 120 hectares (what is left of the original 250 hectares purchased) of beautiful freehold land. The plots extend from the top of the island at about 130 meters and stretch down to the beaches and reefs.
